Online Forms and Disclosures can be done in two simple ways, see our quick video demonstration explaining how you can access them via the “online forms” tab of your agent portal.
Here is a step by step breakdown for you as well.
First Method - Part 1
- Head to your company website.
- Search and hover over the "paperwork" tab.
- Select "online forms"
- Select which disclosure you're in need of.
First Method - Part 2
Once the disclosure form has been chosen, ensure the following is completed.
- That your name is selected from the drop- down menu.
- Your client filled in the blanks and signed the document either using their mouse or a touch screen device.
- That your client checked "I accept", "I'm not a robot" and the "accept" button at the bottom of the screen.
Second Method - Part 1
This method grants you the ability to pre-fill out the fields on disclosures forms for your clients by using your agent portal.
- Look towards the left hand side of this page, locate the "online forms" tab in the agent portal
- Click "New Form"
- "Select Agreement Type"
- Click "Create"
Second Method - Part 2
After creating/submitting the document to your client, they will receive an email with a signature requirement request once they sign the document by electronic means of their computer mouse or a touch screen device all they have to to complete is check "I accept”, "I'm not a robot" and the "accept" button at the bottom of the screen.
