MLS options: LIBOR, HGAR, One Key, MyState, Stellar

This guide is intended to provide insights into multiple MLS options for real estate agents: Long Island MLS, My State MLS, and Stellar MLS in Florida. LIBOR and HGAR

To gain access to the Long Island MLS, you must become a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR). To join LIBOR, you'll need to affiliate with our Oxford Property Group USA license, which is a LIBOR member. Attached is a list of the fees associated with LIBOR, including MLS fees. However, please refer to the LIBOR website for any recent fee updates. Please be aware of the costs before proceeding.

The steps to join are as follows:

Apply for LIBOR membership through the LIBOR REALTOR APP. Please note that attending an orientation in Long Island is mandatory within 90 days of joining.

LIBOR MLS access grants you entry to specific counties. To access One Key MLS, you must hold a license with Oxford Property Group USA and be a member of HGAR or LIBOR. If you're already a member of NAR, you can join HGAR as a secondary membership at a reduced rate.

To Join:

Request association with Oxford Property Group USA by emailing erisa@opgny.com ($20 association fee).
Join HGAR using the application provided. Mandatory One Key MLS fees will be billed separately by LIBOR as they are our primary board.

HGAR Dues:

$598 per year
