Switching plans can be initiated from your Agent Portal

How to switch plans. Start in Manage Account then switch plans 

Click "Manage Account" then "Change Plan Type" You can switch from 100% plan to 90% plan and it will start the 1st of the next month as long as the request is made 5 days prior to the end of the month.

 

You can switch from the 90% plan to the 100% plan and will take effect the 1st of the month 90 days after the switch request was made

Switching plans is allowed once in a calendar year.
