Errors and Omissions insurance (E&O) 

is a type of professional liability insurance that protects companies and their workers or individuals against claims made by clients for inadequate work or negligent actions. 

 

Complimentary of Oxford-Spire-Level our insurance also includes Cybersecurity. 

 

This insurance is to make sure you are covered and is a benefit to yourself and your business. This coverage is mandatory for every agent a part of our company, this payment is automatically deducted from your account with us in the month of July each year. 


Plan Details

Per our insurance broker, an individual plan would cost approximately $5,000 per year which differs from the amount you as an Oxford-Spire-Level Agent are required to pay. Our limit of liability is $1MM per occurrence (claims arising out of the Fair Housing Act Discrimination, Lock Box Liability, and Pollution Coverage have a sub-limit of $100,000) with a $25,000 deductible per claim. If a claim is brought against you (and as a result, Oxford-Spire-Level), you will be responsible for the above-mentioned deductible.

 

This coverage is solely for independent contractors while acting on behalf of the Named Insured (Oxford-Spire-Level) and within the scope of your duties.
