Checking the Status of Your Deal / Deal Statuses

To check the status of a deal you submitted, please refer to your dashboard under the "Deals" tab.


Here, you can see the status of each deal you have submitted, whether it's pending or closed. "Pending" means the deal has not been processed/ we are waiting on the funds to arrive. "Payment Sent/ Payment Complete" means it's paid out to the agent and completed.

 


Please refer to the deal statuses below to see what the "status" of your deal can mean.


Deal Submitted - Agent submitted the deal and it is under review.

Funds Received - We have received the money for the deal and it will be processed shortly, normally within 48-72 business hours.

OP & Commercial - Your check is being mailed to the office and we are waiting for the money to arrive. If it's been a long time, follow up with the MGMT/ landlord first before asking if your check has arrived.

Paperwork Incomplete - You need to resubmit the deal and upload the appropriate documents for review.

Payment Sent/ Payment Complete - The deal is completed and the payment has been sent to the agent.

 

Please always have your deal submitted before you ask if we have received the money or if a check has arrived for you, especially if it's an OP.
