Overdue and Delinquent Accounts/ Late Fees

A $50 late fee is added to the monthly bill on the 10th of each month if the bill remains unpaid.

If an agent's balance is overdue 60 days, the agent's platforms are deactivated.

After 90 days of being overdue, the agent will receive a termination email and be disassociated from the company.
