Our reputation is extremely important to us and will continue to be a priority as our company grows. We are closing thousands of transactions each year with a lot of happy clients, however we are facing the following challenges:
- Consumers are more likely to leave negative reviews than positive ones
- One agent’s negative review is hurting all of us
In order to keep a positive image online and protect all of you, we are going to make some changes effective immediately:
Anyone who receives a negative review on our Google or Yelp page will face a $250 fine.
- We consider a review "negative" if it has 2 stars or less
- We will verify the review and determine its legitimacy
- This fine is fully refundable if the review is removed
This is not an effort to hurt anyone or generate income for the company, it’s an effort to protect your business and ours as negative reviews have an impact on all of us.
