Credit Check or Full Background Check

Credit checks are through Equifax and full background checks are run through First Residential and are $20 each. If your landlord requires both, you can only charge your client $20 max. The landlord or the agent will have to pay for the 2nd.

We know that real estate is a 24/7 business, but please be advised that credit checks submitted outside the standard 9-5 M-F business day window, may not be run until the following business day.

If you are aware that a deal you are working on may require a night or weekend credit check, please make the office aware so that arrangements can be made.

We will automatically run the credit check once your client applies & sends it to you. If you need the background check also, you as the agent will have to request it, and the agent or LL will pay an additional $20. You can not charge your client more than $20
