Email Signature

We have a great company email signature custom made for each agent! Each signature is HTML coded, because of this we ask that you never intend to copy and paste your signature.

The images and motion come from an HTML code that is hidden, this code ensures that the signature always looks great on any device. It also means the images will not become "attachments" to your emails.

These instructions were emailed to you when you first onboarded, if you can't find them or need edits to your signature, email us at az@opgny.com

Gmail Mobile App Users

Note: There are no extra steps needed

Reminder: Your signature is coded so do not add the HTML to your phone app. Do not toggle the "Mobile Signature" option on. Your signature will automatically get added after you send the email. The app will pull your signature from the gmail server that was already inserted for you.

If your signature works when sending from desktop/web browser check our setting in your app and turn off "Mobile Signature"

To find this setting inside the Gmail App: go to the 3 lines top left > down to settings > touch your email at the top > hit Signature Settings > toggle off

Below is an example of the signatures (depending on your browser, they may not show correctly here, but they always will in the emails)

While we do not recommend using a different signature, if you do, you must follow all DOS rules

The following must be included in your email signature(s)

1. Your full name as listed in the DOS. If you use a nickname or an alternative name for any reason, your licensed as name must also be included

2. One of two titles pertain to you: Licensed Real Estate Salesperson OR Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker (minor abbreviations allowed that are not misleading)

3. Your full brokerage name (Oxford Property Group, Spire Group, Level Group)

4. Phone number identified as Cell (C) or Mobile (M) or Office (O)

5. Your company email

6. Full company address

7. Company website

8. Additions can be added if you have your own, for example you also have a website, as long as company info is also listed.
