Exclusive Listings Upload and Syndication

When submitting an exclusive to OLR please follow the procedure in this particular order

1. You must have the exclusive form signed and completed. You can find an exclusive agreement in your company google drive/shared documents. Your executed exclusive agreement must include the following and have your company letterhead included on.

Property address
Terms that clearly state this is an exclusive right to rent/lease or sell
Brokerage/Agent representing the owner
Date this agreement is valid through and date signed
Signature from both parties entering agreement (including your signature)

NOTE: If this is a leasebreak, do not note the tenant as the owner. You will need approval from either the management company or the owner of the property in order to advertise.

2. When uploading the listing into OLR as an exclusive you must attach the executed listing agreement to the bottom of the listing before submitting for approval.

NOTE: Absolutely no contact information or phone numbers should be displayed in the property description field. If included this could lead to you becoming permanently banned from adding listings to Streeteasy.

3. An admin of ours will receive a notification from OLR that you have submitted a listing for approval and it will show the signed attachment. There will be no need to email us to approve your listing, we will see the notifcation directly from OLR. If there is no signed listing agreement attached, we will not approve the listing.

4. After your listing has been approved by our admin ensure that you go back to select the syndication button under your active listings to see where the listing is syndicating.

NOTE: You can no longer syndicate to Streeteasy. Upload the listing directly to streeteasy after OLR.
