When it comes to advertising your listings you will have three options.
You can add your listings onto our company website. This option is reserved for open listings and pocket listings.
Add your listings directly to Streeteasy. Once you do, your listing will automatically get added onto your listings tab of your agent portal. Streeteasy no longer syndicates from OLR etc. So do get accustomed to uploading your listings manually.
Add your listings onto OLR. When doing so you will also have full syndication access.
To list only on our website, log-in your agent portal:
Please Note: If you are on our 100% membership plan you will have access to both OLR and RealtyMX. Our 90% commission membership plan has access to either OLR or RealtyMX. If you would like both at the same time, it is available for $50/month to be paid on the 1st of each month along with monthly dues. Prorating is not available.
