Connecticut License

If you would like to be under our Connecticut license, you must be a member of the Mid-Fairfield County Association of Realtors (MFCAR). If you are already a member of NAR, you can join MFCAR as a secondary membership at a reduced rate.

In order to join:

1) You must already be licensed in CT. Request to be associated with Oxford Property Group USA by emailing erisa@opgny.com. For information on how to get a CT license click here.

2) Join the MFCAR. To have a valid CT license with us and be compliant, you must be a board member. Joining Smart MLS is also mandatory.
