NYS DOS RENEWAL

Go to the DOS eAcessNY website when you have 3 months or less left on your license

Then go to your license > Then click the renew (button placement could be different than screenshot below) > Then fill out the renew certification page very carefully! 

Please note: If you mess up the renew certification page, even by accident, you will have to contact DOS to fix it, we are not allowed to contact the DOS on your behalf.
